Your council – the Iraqi National Business Council has participated in the seventh meeting of the Joint Iraqi German Economic Committee and Economic Forum, which was held on the sidelines of the meetings of the said committee,.  The delegation participated very actively in the discussions and meetings during the visit and put forward constructive ideas that were included in the minutes of the official meetings, among which was to connect the Iraqi industrial product with the Bar Code, which the Iraqi product lacks to date, the matter that enables the Iraqi product upon connection with this international system that the Iraqi National Business Council will take care of it practically upon approval; furthermore,  there were many useful in-between meetings among  the members of council and their peers from the German party. The delegation of council also responded to in the invitation held by the Arab German Friendships Association, which is an association consisting of thoughtfully selected elites of Arab and German politicians and statesmen, and during which it was agreed to develop the relations between the association and council and in-between participation in all the activities performed by both parties, and the finally the delegation of council visited the head office of the Arab German Chamber of Commerce
and Industry at the invitation of the secretary of chamber Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Mikhlafi, and the chamber took the initiative to add all the delegation members to the membership of the chamber free of charge, and agreed to maintain communication and share all data owned by the chamber about the German commercial and industrial companies and get over all the impediments that the members of Iraqi National Business Council is encountering with the German companies and decision makers.
